I also run BJ Consulting, where as an IT Mentor and Career Consultant, I help developers and career changers successfully transition into tech and advance their careers.

I offer comprehensive career & tech support — from CV refactoring and LinkedIn profile optimization, through portfolio audits and building commercial-grade projects, to interview preparation and tech screen prep.

Sharing knowledge is a key part of my career. As a Mentor at 42 Warsaw, I support aspiring developers entering the IT industry — volunteering my time to guide them through code reviews, refactoring, building commercial portfolios, and preparing for recruitment.

Outside of work, I’m a fan of sci-fi literature, RPG/RTS games, and live concerts. To stay balanced and focused, I recharge by running and cycling.
