Speaking Without a Mic – How Fun Triumphs Over Stress
I gave my very first public speech. And it was absolutely great!
Last year, I started using LinkedIn consciously – exactly what it was built for. Back then, I still had a lot to learn, but I knew one thing: there are people who already have that knowledge. So, I decided to talk to someone who could open my eyes. I ended up booking a consultation.
I walked away from our conversation with a few crucial lessons, and I simply put those recommendations into practice. I have great memories of that meeting, which gave me a powerful push forward. One of the main recommendations was to experiment and step out of my comfort zone – meaning exposure to entirely new experiences.
I made a promise to myself back then that I would do it: speak in front of a group of people. And I kept my word. I delivered my first talk to the students of 42 Warsaw.
I wasn't wrong – sharing knowledge and speaking to a crowd gives me immense satisfaction.

I guess that's what life is all about – to have a good time and enjoy taking on new challenges.

It was an incredible, eye-opening experience that only convinced me further that I want to keep pursuing this path. One thing is for sure – this definitely won't be my last time on stage! See you at the next speaking events.
