A New Chapter: Mentoring in the 42 Warsaw Community
I am starting 2026 with a step that is personally very significant to me. I have officially joined the mentoring team at 42 Warsaw.

Official announcement of my collaboration with 42 Warsaw as a mentor for IT talents.
This marks my first formalized mentoring project in collaboration with a higher education institution, and it feels like the perfect moment for such synergy.
My own journey in IT began with self-study and building projects through trial and error.
Today, standing on the other side, I feel immense satisfaction in helping others shorten their path. I share more than just technical knowledge; I share my entire journey – from career switching and building first projects to lessons learned from both failures and successes in my professional career.
Why the 42 Warsaw Model?
What convinced me most about this collaboration is the unique philosophy of 42 Warsaw. The program is built on peer-to-peer learning and solving real-world technical problems without traditional lectures.
This is an environment where analytical thinking and a drive to find solutions are what matter most – values that, as a Fullstack Developer and mentor at BJ Consulting, I pass on to those building their own career paths in IT.
Networking is More Than Exchanging Business Cards
This achievement also has a strategic layer. None of this would have happened if I had stayed in my safe comfort zone behind a screen.
This opportunity arose because I decided to step out and attend the 'Let’s Talk About IT' event.
It was there, through networking and honest conversations about technology, that this collaboration was born.
It’s another lesson for me that while hard skills are the foundation in IT, it’s relationships and community presence that open doors we didn’t even know existed.
The first mentoring sessions are on the horizon, and I can't wait to see what challenges the 42Warsaw students will bring.
Q1 2026 is shaping up to be incredibly intense and rewarding.
Remember: Your knowledge has the most value when it serves others. I’m thrilled that my 2026 is starting with this mission.
